New employees may participate in the Get Wellthy program if they complete the activities within the allotted timelines. Biometric screenings, cancer screenings, and immunizations gotten before joining the MMIA Employee Benefits program will not count toward this wellness program. If you are a new employee and have missed your city or town’s on-site health screening, you may schedule one for a nearby It Starts With Me screening or make an appointment at a Montana Health Center between July 1 and September 30. (See “How do I schedule my biometric screening” below.)
Visit mmia.net/getwellthy for a complete list. MMIA is following Center for Disease Control and U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommendations to determine eligible immunizations and cancer screenings. Talk to your provider about which services are right for you. Immunizations and/or cancer screenings must run as a claim through Allegiance or Proact and will then be automatically reported to the portal. This could take two months or more. See Engage Portal Troubleshooting below if you feel your immunization or cancer screening has not reported correctly to the portal.

Setting Up and Logging In
In order to qualify and collect any incentive money, individuals must create their own HealthSpective Engage login by going to https://portal.healthspective.com/mmia.
You will need your own email address due to HIPAA privacy regulations. If you do not already have one, you will need to set one up. This can be done through a free email service such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, etc.
Call DHS at 1-832-201-8500 option 4 and leave a detailed message with the issue you are having. DHS is the company that runs the portal. If you call MMIA, we do not have access to your secured information or power to adjust or fix settings. We will direct you to call DHS.
There is likely a discrepancy with your personal data between what your enter and what is on record with MMIA. This may include a different name or spelling of your name, an incorrect date of birth, etc. This issue can be resolved by calling DHS at 1-832-201-8500 option 4. When you call, leave a detailed message of your problem. It may take DHS a few days to return your call. DHS will be able to update your information and gain you access to the Engage portal.
Click the “Forgot username?” or “Forgot password?” link below the login button. If you click “Forgot username?” you can enter your name and/or email address, and if you have an account, it will tell you your username. If you click “Forgot password?” the portal will send a reset password link to the email address you have on file. If you do not receive a link in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you still do not receive a link, contact DHS.
Try refreshing the browser and waiting a minute or two. If it still doesn’t work, try using a different browser. We suggest using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for optimal performance.
You will need to join or rejoin MMIA’s group. Go to the top right corner, and click on “Welcome”. Then click “My Account” > “Groups”, and enter the passcode mmia2018 into the box. This should bring you back to the Get Wellthy Engage portal.
The Get Wellthy program is now completely online. Creating your Engage account online is a requirement in order to redeem incentives. If you do not have a computer, check with your city/town or public library for access to a computer. The Engage portal is also accessible through other mobile devices, including your smart phone. You may still get your no-cost GetWellthy screening through the Montana Health Center or It Starts With Me, but you will not be able to collect the incentive for doing this activity unless you create an Engage account.
Collecting Your Incentives
Incentives for some activities will become available in the Engage portal immediately. Others could two months or more to appear. Data will all automatically be uploaded to the Engage portal for most activities. If your cancer screening or immunization did not run as a claim through Allegiance, you may need to send evidence of your activity. See “I completed an incentive activity and it is not showing up…” below. You can begin cashing in rewards for gift cards as soon as you see a dollar amount available next the “My Rewards” in the top right corner. If you choose direct deposit, any money you allocate toward that option will go to your bank account the first week of each month.
Timelines vary for incentives to show up. Biometric screening results should appear two months or more following your screening. The incentive for completing a follow-up call should appear a week or two after your call. The 80% participation incentive will show up by the end of October. Immunizations should appear two months or more after the claim has been processed by Allegiance. This will be the date of your EOB. If you still don’t receive your incentive after these timelines, please contact DHS at 1-832-201-8500 option 4* and leave a detailed message.
If you received an immunization and it was not run through your medical benefits, you will need to report the activity to MMIA. You can do so by faxing proof of your activity to MMIA at 406-449-7440, or by sending an email with the subject line “Request for secure email” to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive an encrypted reply email to which you may attach your documentation.
Try refreshing your inbox. If you still don’t receive the email, check your spam folder.
