The goal is to build more resilient officers and agencies by enhancing kn owledge and skills in resiliency to assist officers in dealing with the ma ny day-to-day challenges and stressors they face as well as those larger c ritical incidents. There is no cost to attend the training\, which includ es breakfast and lunch each day.
